We are looking to recruit a product developer to develop, maintain and enhance products, assessment materials and learning solutions that meet industry, commercial and stakeholder requirements in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review and enhance assessment materials, qualifications and learning products.
- Create engaging digital and technology-enabled assessment solutions.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify market needs and develop effective product solutions.
- Manage product development projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Support product launches, training, webinars and customer engagement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with centres, partners, consultants and industry stakeholders.
- Manage pilots, testing activities and external contributors to support product development.
- Ensure products meet regulatory, quality and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to performance reporting and continuous product improvement.
- Provide expert guidance and support on product and assessment-related matters.
Desirable Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience in product development
- Experience of product performance analysis, user feedback and continuous improvement approaches.
- Knowledge of the quality assurance of regulated products
