£38,700 per annum basic

£3,000 Golden Hello

Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate

Realistic OTE: £42,000 – £45,000 (including overtime)

Overview

We're looking for a fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician to join a leading vehicle rental specialist in Runcorn. You'll be maintaining and repairing a mixed fleet of vans and cars, keeping them safe and legally compliant for hire. £3k Golden Hello on top of a strong basic. Key Responsibilities

Maintaining and repairing the rental fleet – vans and cars

Ensuring vehicles are safe and legally compliant for hire

Carrying out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs

Completing job cards and service records accurately

Working efficiently within a busy workshop team

What You'll Need

Fully qualified Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) – essential

Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Full UK driving licence
