£45,000 - £50,000 OTE per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join a well-established franchised car dealership in the Coulsdon area. As the face of the service department, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service at all stages of the service journey

Meet and greet customers, accurately identifying their vehicle requirements

Schedule bookings via phone, online systems, and in-person enquiries

Provide clear and accurate cost estimates and service recommendations

Keep customers regularly updated on vehicle progress and timelines

Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow

Ensure vehicles are completed on time and to a high standard

Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business

About You

Minimum of 2 years' recent experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor

Strong understanding of the EVHC (Electronic Vehicle Health Check) process

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

Stable work history (no more than 3 employers in the last 6 years preferred)
