Producing accurate repair estimates using Audatex and other industry-standard systems
Assessing vehicle damage and identifying all necessary repairs
Managing repair estimates from initial assessment through to completion
Liaising professionally with customers, insurers, and internal teams
Ensuring repairs are correctly scoped, costed, and authorised
Maintaining detailed records using E-Scribe and digital platforms
Supporting operational efficiency and delivering excellent customer service
Ensuring all work adheres to industry standards and manufacturer repair proceduresRequirements of a Vehicle Damage Assessor:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, Estimator, or in a similar role within an accident repair environment
Strong working knowledge of Audatex and repair estimating processes
Experience using E-Scribe or equivalent insurer management systems
Sound understanding of vehicle construction and repair methodologies
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proactive problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
