Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 5:00pm | 1 in 2 Saturday mornings, depending on business needs

THE ROLE

As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs, ensuring damaged vehicles are repaired efficiently and to the required standard.

  • Carry out structural and non-structural vehicle body repairs
  • Repair, reshape and replace damaged body panels
  • Strip and fit vehicle components as required
  • Assess vehicle damage and select appropriate repair methods
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Work to agreed repair timescales and safety standards
  • Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail

ABOUT YOU

  • Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ / IMI / SVQ / ATA), with an ongoing commitment to continuous professional development
  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician within an automotive Bodyshop environment
  • Strong vehicle body repair and panel repair skills
  • Good understanding of modern vehicle repair methods
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
  • High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team
