We are representing a reputable dealership seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic team in Croydon.

Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £38,300, with an OTE of £43,750 based on performance
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota
25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service

Carry out comprehensive servicing and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles
Conduct diagnostic assessments, electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs), and warranty work
Perform repairs such as cambelt replacements, oil changes, and other manufacturer-standard maintenance
Write detailed digital reports to ensure clear communication of vehicle conditions
Follow all safety procedures and uphold high standards of quality and professionalism
Support team members and contribute positively to the workshop environmentRequirements:
Recognised Level 3 qualification in vehicle repair (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, including warranty and servicing work
Strong teamwork skills accompanied by a commitment to process, safety, and quality standards
MOT licence is advantageous; however, full training can be provided for the right Vehicle Technician
