About the Role
Sytner Mercedes-Benz of Cheltenham & Gloucester is seeking a dedicated and professional Tyre Fitter to join our busy Aftersales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for the motor industry who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Working with one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Fitting, balancing and repairing tyres on customer vehicles.
Carrying out wheel alignment checks and adjustments where required.
Inspecting tyres and wheels for wear, damage and safety concerns.
Advising the workshop team of any additional vehicle defects identified during inspections.
Maintaining accurate records and completing all work to manufacturer and company standards.
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workshop environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous experience as a Tyre Fitter, Fast Fit Technician, or similar automotive role.
Possess a full UK driving licence.
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Be reliable, motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Have a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
Experience with wheel alignment equipment would be advantageous, but training can be provided.
