We are recruiting a Vehicle Service Advisor to join our busy franchise-approved dealership in North Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a family-run motor retail group and AM Award Dealer Group of the Year winner.
The Vehicle Service Advisor will report to the Aftersales Manager and work closely with the Service and Workshop teams. The role offers a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, with bonus and overtime opportunities providing an OTE of up to £42,000, plus an additional bonus for service plan sales.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break
Ad hoc Saturday mornings, 8:00am to 1:00pm, when requiredDuties:
As our Vehicle Service Advisor, greet customers and book vehicles in for servicing and repair work
Liaise with the Workshop team and monitor work in progress
Keep customers informed about vehicle repairs and completion times
Advise customers on minor technical issues and recommend appropriate products and services
Identify opportunities to up-sell additional products and services
Process payments for completed work
Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving company objectives and targets
Liaise with manufacturers regarding warranty repair authorisationsRequirements:
At least two years’ current or previous experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or in a similar motor trade role
Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
A strong customer-focused approach and commitment to customer satisfaction
IT proficiency; experience using Kerridge or Keyloop DMS is advantageous
Knowledge of automotive warranty procedures is desirable but not essential
