Salary: £32,598 rising to £33,575 after successful probation

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 7:00am-6:00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am-1:00pm

The Role

As a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the workshop and customers receive the correct parts efficiently and accurately, while maintaining excellent stock control and administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and supplying parts for commercial vehicles
• Identifying the correct parts using electronic parts catalogues and systems
• Ordering parts from manufacturers and suppliers
• Serving workshop Technicians and retail customers
• Checking availability, pricing and delivery times
• Receiving and booking parts into stock
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
• Processing parts orders, invoices and associated administration
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure parts are delivered on time
• Identifying and ordering additional parts where required
• Maintaining accurate stock records
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Keeping up to date with commercial vehicle parts and product knowledge

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Parts Advisor experience - essential
• Experience within the commercial vehicle, HGV or automotive industry
• Good knowledge of vehicle parts and components
• Strong organisational
