We are recruiting for an experienced MOT Tester, MOT Technician or Vehicle Technician to join a busy automotive service centre in Salisbury. Applicants must hold a current MOT Tester Licence, have previous Vehicle Technician experience, possess a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. A Level 3 qualification is not essential, as full training and qualifications will be provided.
Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Salary: Up to £36,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus
OTE: Additional £3,600 realistic bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. Saturdays 8:30am – 4:00pm on a rota, with a day off during the week.

Carry out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations
Complete vehicle servicing, maintenance and light repairs
Carry out fast-fit repairs, including tyres and associated work
Identify vehicle defects and recommend necessary repairs
Work closely with Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors and Parts teams
Maintain accurate MOT records and follow DVSA procedures
Support workshop productivity and maintain high safety standardsMOT Tester Requirements
Current, valid MOT Tester Licence (essential)
Previous experience as an MOT Tester or MOT Technician
Previous hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
Good knowledge of MOT testing procedures and DVSA standards
Willingness to complete Level 3 and Hybrid Vehicle qualifications
