This is a full-time, permanent position where you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the parts department, supporting customers, handling enquiries and helping ensure technicians have the parts they need.

Key Responsibilities
As a Parts Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent customer service face-to-face, over the telephone and via email
Supporting showroom sales and handling product enquiries
Identifying and supplying the correct parts to customers and technicians
Receiving deliveries and assisting with loading and unloading stock
Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
Working closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the department
What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from candidates with previous parts experience or a background in a related industry. Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role
Experience within the automotive, plant, HGV, crane, agricultural or machinery sectors
Strong customer service and sales skills
Good IT skills, with confidence using systems and email
Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
The ability to work effectively in a busy environment
A proactive and professional approach
A full UK driving licence
