We are recruiting a Used Car Sales Executive to join our established franchised dealership in Epsom, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive sales professional to develop their career within a respected retail environment.

£27,500 basic salary plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of £50,000 or more

As a Used Car Sales Executive, achieve agreed sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their vehicle requirements
Present suitable vehicles, finance options and additional products clearly and professionally
Manage enquiries, test drives, negotiations and sales administration
Maintain accurate customer records and follow dealership sales processes
Work five days per week across seven days, including weekends on a rota basisRequirements:
Proven experience achieving sales targets within a customer-focused environment
Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to build rapport and positively influence customer decisions
Full UK Driving Licence held for at least six months
Enthusiasm for cars and knowledge of the automotive sector is preferred
