We are recruiting on behalf of a family-run truck and van dealership seeking a professional New Van Sales Executive to join its established team in Caerphilly. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a recognised commercial vehicle brand across the South Wales region, including CF, NP and LD postcode areas.

£26,000+ basic salary
£52,000+ uncapped OTE

Full in-house and manufacturer-approved training
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
No weekend workingDuties:
Sell brand-new vans and light commercial vehicles, accessories, finance products, warranties and related services
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and key performance indicators
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle delivery progress
Resolve customer queries and collect payment before vehicle release
Explain warranty and servicing arrangements
Introduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate vehicle features
Generate repeat and additional sales through prospecting, follow-up and referrals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer recordsRequirements:
Proven experience as a New Van Sales Executive or in a comparable van or LCV sales position
Individuals from a car sales background may be considered where their current brand has a strong LCV range
A strong track record of achieving sales targets within the motor trade
Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills
IT literate, organised and able to work effectively under pressure
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
