The role is responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, supporting production operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality delivery of automotive products.

Job Description

Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Provide hands-on engineering support to production teams, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and reducing downtime.

Support with NPI, ensuring manufacturing readiness, process validation and successful implementation.

Lead and support lean manufacturing initiatives, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
