Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join its busy workshop in Burton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established main dealer group offering a strong working environment, competitive earnings and excellent long-term prospects.

Benefits:

Basic salary up to £36,000, depending on experience

OTE of £42,000

40-hour working week

As a Vehicle Technician, carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs across a range of vehicles

Complete vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks

Carry out MOT tests where qualified

Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard

Ensure all work is completed safely and within agreed timescales

Maintain excellent workmanship and workshop efficiency

The Vehicle Technician will contribute to a professional, customer-focused workshop environmentRequirements

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician

Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; Level 2 will be considered

At least three years’ relevant experience

Previous main dealer experience is preferred

An MOT licence would be advantageous

Full UK driving licence

Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop
