Manufacturing Operative
GKN Aerospace - Luton
Rate: £15.47/hr PAYE + holiday allowance
Duration: 6 Month Rolling Contracts (Long Term)
Hours: Days Position initially, with the potential to move onto Double Days shift pattern: (20% uplift)
Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

The Role

Aircraft and manufacturing experience (desirable).
Inspection of components background (desirable).
Some knowledge of electrics (desirable).
CNC machinery experience highly beneficial.
Duties and Responsibilities
Be part of the manufacturing team.
Support team members/team leaders to meet customer demands.
Support continuous improvement activities within the value stream.
Comply with company safety policies.
Responsible for the form, fit and function of products.
Compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety and Energy Legislation and Company's Policies.
Any other reasonable duties.
