Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic – Halesowen Salary: Up to £40,000 basic – negotiable depending on experience and skill set
Hours: Monday to Friday, standard daytime hours 8.30amto 5pm- One Saturday morning in three paid as overtime

We're looking for an experienced, all-round Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic who knows their way around a workshop, can work independently and is comfortable repairing and maintaining a variety of makes and models.
This could be an ideal opportunity for someone who has spent years in the trade and is now looking for a more straightforward, enjoyable working environment without unnecessary hassle.
What You'll Be Doing
Servicing and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models.
General mechanical repairs, including brakes, suspension and other mechanical components.
Fault finding and vehicle diagnostics.
More involved mechanical repairs as required.
Working independently and taking responsibility for your own jobs.
Maintaining good standards of workmanship.
What We're Looking For
Solid, hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic.
Good all-round mechanical knowledge.
Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently.
Experience working across different vehicle makes and models.
Someone reliable, practical and comfortable getting on with the job.
Your own hand tools.
We're particularly interested in speaking to experienced mechanics who are confident in their abilities and don't need someone looking over their shoulder.
Salary & Working Hours
Basic salary up to £40,000, negotiable depending on experience and ability.
Monday to Friday working week.
One Saturday morning every three weeks paid as overtime.
Small, fully equipped workshop.
Established business with excellent staff retention.
