Are you an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive looking for your next career move?

We are working with a growing automotive dealership in Camberley who are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity to represent an exciting and growing automotive brand, build strong customer relationships and maximise sales opportunities.

Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or come from another target-driven sales environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and building strong relationships.
  • Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles and finance options.
  • Conducting vehicle demonstrations and accompanying customers on test drives.
  • Managing enquiries via telephone, email, online platforms and showroom visits.
  • Proactively following up leads, arranging appointments and converting enquiries into sales.
  • Creating personalised video presentations to engage potential customers.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems.
  • Working towards individual sales targets and dealership objectives.
  • Delivering professional vehicle handovers and providing excellent aftersales support.
  • Following up with customers to encourage repeat business, recommendations and positive reviews.
  • Maintaining showroom standards and supporting dealership events and marketing activities

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a main dealership sales environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive approach to generating and converting sales opportunities.
  • Confident negotiating and overcoming customer objections.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
  • Experience using CRM systems, online sales platforms and digital communication tools.
  • A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.

A positive attitude, ambition and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service are essential.

Working Hours
