Service Advisor – Motor Trade

Location: Crawley Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic + £3,500 – £5,000 annual bonus

We are working on behalf of a well-established, family-run main dealer in Crawley who are looking to welcome an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, close-knit team of three within a business that benefits from excellent staff retention and a strong reputation for looking after its employees.

The Opportunity

As Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, acting as the link between customers and the workshop team.

You'll be joining an established team where your contribution will be valued, with the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

What's on Offer?

• Basic salary: £30,000 – £40,000, depending on experience.
• Bonus: £3,500 – £5,000 per annum.
• Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm.
• 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm.
• 20 days' annual holiday plus bank holidays.
• Family-run business with a welcoming working environment.

Who Are We Looking For?

Ideally, you'll have previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry, be confident communicating with customers and enjoy working in a busy, customer-focused environment.

You'll be organised, approachable and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for delivering great customer service.
