Experienced Automotive Service Advisor required to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, and Saturdays, 8am - 2pm on a 1 in 3 rotation. Salary is £30,000 - £35,000, plus OTE £40,000 - £45,000. Fantastic additional perks available - such as pension, life assurance, employee car purchase scheme.

Daily duties:

Arrange vehicle services via telephone and face to face communication

Understand customer's requirements, addressing any specific concerns

Manage and follow up all work in progress on customer vehicles; liaise regularly with the customer and Workshop Controller (and Technicians as required) to meet pre-arranged time frames

Contact customers to advise of further services or costs that arise during the service

Arrange alternative transport for the customer Benefits:
