FAREHAM | £30,000 BASIC | £38,000 OTE | MONDAY–FRIDAY | NO WEEKENDS

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for an exciting opportunity within a busy automotive dealership in Fareham.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a professional and established aftersales department, where delivering excellent customer service and building lasting customer relationships are key.

With a Monday–Friday working pattern and no weekend commitments, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their next move within the motor trade.

THE PACKAGE

  • £30,000 basic salary.
  • £38,000 OTE.
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm.
  • No weekend working.

THE ROLE

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial vehicle check-in through to collection, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle servicing and repair requirements.
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop and preparing accurate job cards.
  • Providing estimates and explaining recommended work.
  • Liaising closely with technicians and workshop management.
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
  • Identifying additional work and opportunities to maximise aftersales revenue.
  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • A professional telephone manner and confident customer-facing approach.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
