HGV Technician

Salary: Up to £51,000 per annum

Location: Tamworth

Contract: Permanent Position

Shift: Various shifts available (4 days a week only, perm lates or nights)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to join a busy and established workshop based in Tamworth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician looking for a permanent position with an excellent salary, a four-day working week and the choice of either permanent late or night shifts.

The Role:

Working on a varied fleet of HGVs, trucks and trailers.

Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs.

Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults.

Ensuring all vehicles are maintained to a high standard.

Working as part of an experienced workshop team.What's on Offer?

Salary of up to £51,000 per annum.

Permanent position.

4 days per week – 40 hours.

Choice of permanent late or night shifts.

Overtime available.

22 days annual leave, increasing to 27 days with length of service.

Previous experience working as an HGV Technician.

Relevant mechanical qualifications (desirable).

Experience working on trucks and trailers.

A strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, servicing and repairs.
