We are recruiting a motivated Car Sales Executive to join our established automotive team in Harlow. This Car Sales Executive role offers excellent earning potential, a company car and a structured working pattern within a successful vehicle retail business.
Benefits:
Basic salary of £18,000 with OTE of up to £60,000
Company car provided
Monday to Saturday working pattern
Fixed weekday day off
Alternate Sundays off

As a Car Sales Executive, welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements
Present suitable vehicles, explaining their features, benefits and specifications
Arrange and conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to sale
Negotiate vehicle prices and finance packages in line with business requirements
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up outstanding enquiries
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
Work towards individual and dealership sales targetsRequirements:
Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role is desirable
Automotive or vehicle sales experience would be advantageous
Confident, professional and engaging communication style
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a busy team
Target-focused approach with excellent organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
