Set, monitor and exceed vehicle sales targets

Develop new business opportunities and contribute to dealership profitability
Monitor sales performance and respond effectively to changing customer requirementsRequirements:
Proven experience in automotive sales management
Experience within prestige, premium or high-end vehicle sales is advantageous
Strong leadership, communication and team management skills
A confident and hands-on approach to sales management
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Knowledge of current automotive market trends and vehicle sales techniques
