The Role: Vehicle Technician
As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance and repair work while maintaining excellent workshop standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Diagnosing faults and identifying additional repair requirements
- Completing MOT tests to the required standards, where qualified
- Ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety requirements
- Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop documentation
- Working efficiently to achieve productivity and efficiency targets
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Relevant Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic or Automotive Technician
- MOT Tester qualification
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work efficiently and achieve workshop productivity targets
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
