We are seeking an outstanding, driven Head of Business to lead a high performing dealership in the Manchester area.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious senior leader to take responsibility for a successful dealership operation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of growth, profitability and customer excellence.
The ideal candidate will have;
Previous and current experience as a Head of Business is essential
A strong track record of delivering exceptional financial and operational results.
Experience leading sizeable teams within complex dealership environments.
Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
The ability to drive performance while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
What's On Offer?
Basic salary IRO £90,000
On-target earnings of £130,000
